NVIDIA is raking in the cash from artificial intelligence – and it’s only getting better! They just had their most successful quarter yet, thanks to AI’s huge impact. They’re the biggest name in computer chips and AI is still making them richer!
NVIDIA’s boss, Jensen Huang, said they made a record amount of money while working hard to improve their technology. They made $30 billion in just three months!
NVIDIA’s revenue skyrocketed to $30 billion, a staggering 122% jump from last year, blowing past predictions of $28.7 billion and setting a new record! The company is clearly on a roll! Out of the $30 billion, $26.3 billion came from data centers, meaning that GPUs focused on gaming are no longer the big deal for NVIDIA.
NVIDIA’s revenue jump made their profits go way up! They made a net profit of $16.6 billion in the second quarter, which is a 168% increase from last year. That’s even more than the $14.88 billion they made in the first quarter of this year!
