DMCA Policy

OnFrontMedia respects the intellectual property rights of others. We prohibit users from uploading or posting content that infringes on the copyright of others.

1. Notice and Takedown

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed on by content appearing on our website, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. To be effective, the DMCA takedown notice must include the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is allegedly infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on the website.
  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

3. Response to Takedown Notices

Upon receiving a DMCA takedown notice that complies with the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we will expeditiously remove the allegedly infringing material. We will also notify the user who posted the material of the removal and the DMCA takedown notice.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe that your material has been removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. To be effective, a counter-notice must include the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material was located before it was taken down.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in US and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the takedown notice.

5. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the access of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
