Life is not meant to be lived without following any rules and laws. As there are many laws that help and teach a person the way to survive and moral values to behave as “Manson’s Law of Avoidance” which is also known as the “Law of F**k Yes or No”.

It is also a key for healthier relationships as it encourages clear and direct communication. It tells us that how setting boundaries and being honest about everything is essential for a peaceful life without stressing over the ways to please others.

Setting boundaries is all about telling the other person that what you want and what not in your relationship.

Manson's Law of Avoidance

When making decisions for others, a person should consider that if a ‘yes’ doesn’t align with their desires and values, it’s better to say ‘no’ than to commit to something that doesn’t truly fulfil them and potentially lead to discomfort.

This law empowers a person to prioritise himself and his boundaries and happiness , this makes a relationship more better with a stronger sense of self-respect.

Let’s be honest and true to ourselves and every thing around us and surround ourselves with joy and fulfilment. It’s okay to say “No” if something doesn’t spark that yes feeling within you.

Clear communication and boundaries is the key to powerful relationships and decisions.
