The Best Selling Smartwatch Brands and Bracelet Have Been Announced!
Canalys, a company that studies sales, said which smartwatch and bracelet brands are the most popular. They found out that in the second quarter of this year, 44.3 million were sold by tech companies!
The research split the products into three groups. The first group was wristbands with basic features. The second group was “basic smartwatches,” which are cheaper and don’t have fancy stuff like built-in GPS or LTE. The last group was “smartwatches” with all the advanced features.
Here are the best-selling smartwatch and bracelet brands:
Apple: 7.7 million
Huawei: 6 million
Xiaomi: 5.9 million
Samsung: 2.8 million
Noise: 2.4 million
Other brands: 19.5 million
Apple is the number one brand for smartwatches. Huawei and Xiaomi from China are second and third, and Samsung from South Korea is fourth.

Canalys also found out which types of smartwatches and bracelets people like the most:
Basic smartwatches: 48% market share
High-end smartwatches: 35% market share
Smart bracelets: 17% market share
