Elon Musk Announces Neuralink Has Implanted a Chip in a Human’s Brain for the Second Time!
Hey guys, guess what? Elon Musk has made an exciting revelation about Neuralink Second Brain Chip Implant. Neuralink has implanted a chip in somebody’s brain for the second time. They have not told much so far, here is what I know. Neuralink has earlier this year done their first experiment with a guy named ‘Noland Arbaugh’, who is currently paralysed.
They put a chip in his brain, and it worked! He could control a computer just by thinking. He even did stuff like posting on social media and playing games. Pretty awesome, right?
Now, Neuralink got approval to do it again. We didn’t know when it was happening, but Elon Musk spilled the beans on a podcast with Lex Fridman. He said they put another chip in someone else’s brain, and it was a success. Out of the 1024 electrodes in the chip, 400 are working perfectly.
That’s pretty much all we know for now. Neuralink hasn’t shared who the new person is or when exactly the operation happened. They started taking applications in May, so the operation might have happened in July. We’ll know more soon, hopefully.
A few weeks ago, Neuralink did a live broadcast. They said this second experiment was to fix some problems they had with the first one. The threads in the first implant weren’t working right. This time, they’re trying to make sure everything works smoothly.
We’ll see if they fix those problems. If everything goes well, Neuralink plans to put chips in more than 2 people by 2024. So stay tuned for more updates!
