The Huawei Watch GT 5 design and features have been revealed ahead of its September 19 launch, showcasing impressive health tracking and fitness capabilities.
Huawei’s new smartwatch, “Watch GT 5”, is coming. With practically every design and feature leaked, now we know a lot about it-right from how it looks to what all it can do-till it is announced on September 19.
Chinese technology giant Huawei is going to conduct a big launch on September 19, in which several new products will be unveiled, including the “Watch GT 5.” Just days before the launch of this event, some leaked information showed how the smartwatch would appear.
From images doing the rounds online, Huawei doesn’t seem too different in design this year as well. The Watch GT 5 will come in two sizes: 41 mm and 46 mm. The smartwatch will sport a crown as well as a control button. The 41 mm will be blue and gold while the 46 mm model is black.
Introducing the Huawei Watch GT 5
The new Watch GT 5 reportedly comes with a metal frame and a stainless steel body. It would be water-resistant up to 5ATM. The 41 mm model has fitted a 1.32-inch screen, while the 46 mm model will sport a 1.43-inch screen. It houses a reportedly long-lasting battery- up to 7 days or 14 days depending on the size, which is pretty remarkable.
The Watch GT 5 is expected to support more than 100 sport modes and will also feature GPS built-in, making it ideal for fitness lovers. Huawei is also focusing on health features related to this smartwatch. It will boast of the latest TruSense system, hence measuring your heart rate, blood oxygen level, and even body temperature with amazingly good precision. It can measure even ECG or stress in just 60 seconds!
While the price hasn’t been confirmed by Huawei, leaks so far have this smartwatch starting off at about $277. For now, we should know when Huawei makes everything official on September 19.
