Google Gemini latest AI features are revolutionizing the way we approach search and discovery, offering more intuitive and personalized experiences than ever before. Depending on the model, the AI can either work right on your device or as a mix of your device and the cloud. What’s cool is that Gemini will not only understand what you’re saying but also figure out what you mean and even reason with you. Here are the new models they talked about:
Google mentioned that the Gemini AI is already available in more than 200 countries. Moving forward, it’s going to be better on foldable devices and will offer different user interfaces. Plus, Gemini AI can use your personal info, but only if you say it’s okay. For instance, it can combine your workout details with your search info for better suggestions.
Gemini AI works with text, voice, or even uploaded images.
Gemini Nano:
This is the first model made just for smartphones and works entirely on your phone, so your data stays super safe. It can also check out YouTube videos for you, write emails, and make lists. Plus, it can handle different tasks, like pretending to be a job interviewer.
Gemini Live:
This model has 10 different voices, and the coolest part is how naturally it talks. For example, if you ask, “How are you?” it can give a more real-sounding answer. It doesn’t need exact commands to understand what you mean. But this feature is only for paid users and is currently only in English. You can start using Gemini Live today.
Search Notes:
This feature works completely on your phone and keeps track of important info from your conversations. You have full control over it, and it lets the other person know when it’s on.
Pixel Screenshop:
This helps you sort out objects in your photos, save them, or even search and buy them online. This will be available on all Pixel 9 models.
