Hamster Kombat Airdrop
So, I’ve been checking out this game called Hamster Kombat. It’s one of those Telegram bots where you can make money by playing games. Sounds cool, right? Well, not so much lately. People are really mad about how things are going down with their first airdrop. If you’re into Telegram bots, you’ve probably heard of it. They’ve gotten popular lately, and a lot of them let you earn tokens if you play their games. But Hamster Kombat just dropped the ball big time with this latest move.
What’s the Deal with the Airdrop?
Alright, so Hamster Kombat airdrop was announced , saying it’s gonna be one of the biggest ever, with plans to give away tokens to 131 million users starting on September 26. Sounds massive, right? But here’s the catch — people are saying the whole thing’s unfair. They promised to give away 60 billion HMSTR tokens, which is like 60% of the token supply, but they’re dragging it out for months. In the first phase, they’re only giving out 11.25% of the season 1 rewards, and the rest? Well, you gotta wait 10 months. Yeah, 10 months! Who’s got time for that?
Why Everyone’s Mad
So, what’s really blowing up is how slow and unfair this airdrop is. Users were expecting a lot more. Like, the game’s supposed to have reached 300 million users since March, but only a tiny percent of players are getting anything. And the ones who are getting tokens say it’s taking way too long. Plus, only 2% of users (about 2.3 million people) missed out on their rewards because of the anti-cheat system. A lot of folks think this whole setup just favors people who used the referral system over actually playing the game.
And social media? People are going OFF. One guy called it “the worst airdrop in crypto history” and it seems like he’s not alone in thinking that. Other players are frustrated, saying they’ve been grinding for ages and barely getting any rewards.
Will The Token Value Drop?
On top of all that, Hamster Kombat’s also planning to increase the HMSTR token supply from 10 billion to 100 billion. Naturally, this has got everyone worried the token’s value is gonna tank. The mid-season is happening right now, and a bunch of players are already saying they’re done with the game by next season.
Honestly, it kinda sucks for anyone who’s been loyal to the game, hoping to make something out of it. If you’ve played it, I’d love to know what you think. Feel free to drop a comment!
